The short version: your content stays yours, don't use Biohere to harm people, and we'll be straight with you about billing. The long version follows.
Last updated: July 28, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Biohere ("Biohere", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Biohere website, the pages we host for you, and every related feature (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, or by using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm you have the authority to bind them, and "you" includes them.
Biohere lets you build and publish a bio page — a single page that gathers your links, embeds, and other content at an address like you.biohere.link — and gives you tools to customize it, share it, and understand how visitors interact with it. Some features are free; others require a paid plan as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older where your local law requires a higher minimum age for online services). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
You need an account to publish a page. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it — tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is organized around workspaces ("teams"). If you invite others to your team, you are responsible for who you invite and for content they publish through it. Team admins can manage members, billing, and content for the whole team.
Handles (the you in you.biohere.link) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A handle is a feature of the Service, not property: you get a license to use it while your account is in good standing, not ownership of it.
Everything you upload or add to your pages — text, links, images, media, custom styles — is "Your Content", and it remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for technical purposes such as resizing or formatting), publish, and distribute Your Content, solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups or as required by law.
You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm you own it or have the rights needed to publish it, and that publishing it doesn't violate any law or anyone's rights. We don't pre-screen content, but we may remove or restrict any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.
Don't use the Service to harm people. In particular, you must not use Biohere to:
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending pages, and terminating accounts.
Some plans let you add custom CSS, embeds, and similar advanced customizations. These run on your pages under your responsibility. They must not be used to deceive visitors, hide or fake content, track visitors covertly, or introduce anything harmful. We may disable a customization at any time if it creates a security, privacy, or reliability problem.
Your pages can link to and embed third-party services (video, music, payment providers, social platforms, and so on). Those services belong to their providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, nor for the content of external sites you or other users link to. Following a link on a user's page is at the visitor's own discretion.
The Service shows you privacy-first analytics about your pages: views, clicks, and aggregate information such as referrers, countries, and device types. We do not build advertising profiles of your visitors, and identifiers we derive from visitor requests (such as IP-based keys used for counting and rate limiting) are salted, hashed, and truncated rather than stored raw.
If you add your own tracking or data collection to a page (for example through embeds or custom code), you are the one responsible for making it lawful — including any notices or consents your visitors' jurisdictions require.
Every public Biohere page has a Report link in its footer. Use it to flag phishing, scams, spam, impersonation, or other inappropriate content — no account needed. You can also email us at [email protected]. We review reports and act on them, but we can't respond to every report individually.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (a) the URL of the infringing content, (b) identification of the work infringed, (c) your contact details, (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove infringing content when properly notified and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The Service itself — the Biohere name, logo, software, design, and everything that isn't Your Content — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any right to use our branding. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation — and we appreciate it.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access — or remove specific content or pages — if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we'll notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first; for serious harm (like phishing or content exploiting minors) we act immediately.
After termination, your pages stop being served and, after a reasonable period, we may permanently delete Your Content. Sections that by their nature should survive (including content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content published by users is accurate or trustworthy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect — for example by email or a notice in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Biohere is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place — except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
